In the US, protesters disrupted a council meeting in California's Sacramento city, as anger boils over the police shooting of an unarmed black man.
The special meeting was to allow the public to speak about the death of Stephon Clark. Police thought the 22-year-old was holding a gun when they opened fire last week, but it turned out to be a cellphone. California's attorney general has joined the investigation. This is the latest in a long string of fatal police shootings of black men.
