Elaine Chao has sworn in Tuesday as the next secretary of US Department of Transportation. Chinese born Chao was labor secretary under President George W. Bush and she also served as deputy transportation secretary under President George H.W. Bush. She is expected to lead President Trump's infrastructure reform agenda.
