Chinese weather authorities say southern parts of the country will remain under a "blue" warning, the least-severe in the four-tier system, due to heavy rainfall. Officials say heavy downpours are expected in several areas, including Guizhou and Fujian. Sun Tianyuan has more.

Many are still coping with the aftermath.

Despite nobody being injured, the aftermath has left a scene of chaos and destruction
Miles away in Fujian Province, streets have turned into waterways. Vehicles waiting to be pulled put.
OUYANG ZHEN, POLICE OFFICER PUTIAN, FUJIAN PROVINCE "The rain poured down since 12:30 in the morning. Water levels reached above 30 centimeters. The whole road is submerged."
And it's not just houses and streets. Crops and farmland have been decimated. Rain caused a landslide in Xishui County of Guizhou, cutting off electricity, while roads and clean drinking water for a hundred households, were also affected.
