The tents did their job by drawing in curious visitors who were treated to beef products and the music of the Morin khuur, a traditional stringed instrument with a horse's head carved at the top. /VCG Photo

The beef products proved to be popular, and were sold out. However, the company reported losses as their marketing stunt proved to be expensive. Moving the tents, hiring 11 people to tend to the stall and shipping 500 pounds of beef eventually cost more than what the firm earned during the exhibition. /VCG Photo
