South Korean President Moon Jae-in will soon dispatch a special envoy to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The presidential office is expected to unveil the plan early next week. It comes after Kim Yo Jong, the sister of DPRK leader Kim Jong Un, visited South Korea for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics. President Moon discussed the plan in a phone call with President Trump on Thursday. Officials say they agreed the momentum of North-South dialogue should be maintained.
