We begin with breaking news from the United States. At least three people have been injured in a shooting incident outside the headquarters of the National Security Agency at Fort Meade in the state of Maryland.
Aerial images show what appeared to be police surrounding a man on the ground outside the NSA facility. Local media is reporting that a suspect has been arrested. A black SUV also appeared to crash into a concrete barrier surrounding the site, and bullet holes were visible in the vehicle's front windows.
