In video shot in Yueqing County, eastern China's Zhejiang Province on November 13, a car ran over a schoolboy who was squatting in the road to tie his shoelaces. The driver got out of is vehicle to check what happened and passersby lifted the car to free the boy. He was sent to hospital but was not severely injured.
