During a meeting in New York, members said fighting in Eastern Ghouta has gotten worse since the pause went into effect on Monday. Scores more have been killed or injured since then. And there are reports of air strikes, bombings and even another chlorine gas attack. Meanwhile - thousands of civilians remain trapped in Eastern Ghouta - without humanitarian aid and no way out.
