UK Prime Minister Theresa May is all-in on blaming Russia for the poisoning of an ex-Russian spy in England, calling the Kremlin "culpable".

May told lawmakers at the parliament it is tragic that Russian President Vladmir Putin has chosen to act this way and she will now expel 23 Russian diplomats. The former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia have been unconscious in a hospital since March 4th, after being exposed to a nerve agent in Salisbury.
