The death toll from Tuesday's magnitude-6.5 earthquake in Taiwan's Hualien has risen to 16, as more bodies were found in the tilted Yun Tsui building. One person, a tourist from the mainland, remains missing. Heavy rain, aftershocks, and unstable structures have hampered rescue efforts. Local authorities have said rescue efforts will continue until the last person is found. Over 270 people were injured when the quake hit the eastern coastal city. Around 800 people have been displaced.
