‘I hate all change’ – British-born Chinese scoops best gag at Edinburgh Festival

British-born Chinese comedian Ken Cheng scooped the Dave award for Best Joke of the Fringe at this year’s Edinburgh Festival for his quip about the new, 12-sided one pound coin. The joke was voted for by 2,000 members of the public and Cheng won with 33 percent of the vote.
Edinburgh hosts the world's largest arts festival and can become a career-defining showcase for talent at the comedy performances of the Fringe.
