On the Korean Peninsula - Washington and Seoul have launched joint military drills that were postponed for the Winter Olympics. This time, the annual exercises are described as relatively low-key. Earlier we spoke to our correspondent Jack Barton in Seoul. He gave us the details on what's different this year.
