Iran Nuclear Deal: China clarifies stance on a nuclear free Middle East

China has handed in working documents showing its stance on Iran's nuclear issue, at the 2020 Non Proliferation Treaty Review Conference. Delegate Huang Wenwen says China will actively participate in the relevant processes and provide any necessary support.
HUANG WENWEN CHINESE DELEGATE "China firmly supports the implementation of the action plan made at the eighth Non Proliferation Treaty Review Conference. We call for attaining free zones of nuclear and mass destructive weapons in the Middle East. We understand the concern of Arab countries and hope all parties show their political will as well as take practical actions to reach a consensus."
