Pyeongchang Winter Olympics: China's Sui/Han claim silver in pairs figure skating

Moving on to the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, and China's reigning world champions Sui Wenjing and Han Cong are taking home the silver medal in the pairs figure skating. This is China's second medal at the Games.
The pairs figure skating event includes two segments of competition on separate days. Sixteen out of 22 pairs qualified to progress to the free program on the second day. Sui and Han finished in first place in the short program on Wednesday, and they eventually achieved a combined score of 235.47 points. Germany's Aljona Savchenko and Bruno Massot came from behind to claim both a world record in their free skate and Olympic pairs gold. Bronze went to Canada's Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford.
