SCO Film Festival: Member countries aim to tap into foreign markets

The first SCO Film Festival has entered the third day. The 8 member states and 4 observing countries of the organization have brought their best films to the festival, with the aim of promoting domestic movies while looking for clues to tap into foreign markets. Liu Xinqing reports.
