More than 35 people have been killed and several others wounded after a suicide bomber detonated a car bomb during rush hour in western Kabul, Afghanistan.
The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack but said the explosion targeted the staff from the country's intelligence agency, the NDS.
However the claim was dismissed by the NDS, who said their staff never travel in minivans.
The government said the van was carrying employees from the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum.
Children were among the dead and wounded, many of whom were on their way to school.
