Ning Jizhe, deputy director of China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), said on Tuesday that China will make further efforts to improve its business environment, including introducing a negative list for market access nationwide, streamlining administration and reducing taxation, and setting up a mechanism to evaluate the business environment. Ning made the remarks during a press conference on the sidelines of the ongoing annual session of the NPC, China's top legislature.
