One more question on US tariffs: Will China take stronger retaliatory measures?

Dr. John Gong, a professor at the University of International Business and Economics, spoke with CGTN about China's countermeasures to US tariffs.
Gong said that while China has imposed tariffs on 128 US products, it left out key items like soybeans, which would have a much more serious impact on American exporters. Overall, China's response to the "Section 232” investigation is reciprocal, measured and fair, he said.
