Tourists are scrambling for an insight into the captivating Guilin scenery in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; however, they might not be aware of the famous Guangxi wine - Guilin Sanhua wine is now capturing the interest of the "wine-sipping crowd".
Guilin wine adopted the name "Sanhua", which literally translates as "three flowers", but Sanhua could also be interpreted to mean the wine should be brewed three times during the entire brewing process. Brewed from the purest spring water that comes from Lijiang River, with rice and Chinese yeast, Guilin Sanhua wine is regarded as one of the "three treasures" in south China's Guilin City.

The Guilin Sanhua wine ages its premium baijiu in a cave of Elephant Trunk Hill, one of the famous tourist attractions in Guilin. It’s said that after the wine is brewed, it should be loaded in the ceramic cylinders and stored under the suitable 20 degrees Celsius storage environment for one or two years in a bid to get the best and authentic aroma.
