The thematic briefing about promoting high-quality development was held in east China's Hangzhou. More than 80 foreign political parties attended the event, including Mohsen Marzouk, secretary-general of Machrouu Tounes; Pavle Budakov, member of the Presidium and member of the General Committee of the Socialist Party of Serbia; and Mohamed Bouabdellah, deputy secretary-general of the National Liberation Front. The leaders visited many governmental agencies and enterprises, finding the key point of transforming "Made in China" into "Intelligently Made in China."
