‌The Impossible Burger has finally reached the Chinese mainland, but only in one location (hint: not Burger King) and for a very limited run. California-based startup Impossible Foods has brought its meatless meat to the China International Import Expo (CIIE), now underway in Shanghai. A whopping 50,000 samples will introduce Chinese foodies to a meat alternative that looks, smells, sizzles and tastes like animal flesh.
