Known as the "roof of east China," the Wuyi Mountains were formed 400 million years ago. The miraculous peaks covered in forest stand tall, and the meandering Jiuqu Stream weaves through them, creating a mesmerizing scene.
Being an outstanding area for biodiversity conservation, the Wuyi Mountains bear many names like the "refuge for relic species," "paradise of birds" and "homeland for tea." The 10-episode Wuyi Mountains Series shows that it is worthy of its names.
