Chinese footballer Wu Lei turns negative for COVID-19

Chinese footballer Wu Lei, who plays as a forward for Espanyol in Spain's La Liga, turned negative for COVID-19 testing on Wednesday in Barcelona, according to a Spanish local radio. It had previously been reported that Wu had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He will now follow the club's 15-day-quarantine policy before returning to the training grounds.

Wu's clearance means that all six COVID-19 cases at Espanyol are now confirmed negative.
