Canadian researchers are working with China to develop a vaccine against the novel coronavirus, Canadian media, the Globe and Mail reported on Tuesday, citing the country's National Research Council.
According to the report, human tests of Chinese vaccine candidate Ad5-nCoV, under joint development by a Chinese company and the Canadian military, will begin in Canada.
The two countries have struck a deal to produce the vaccine in Canada for clinical trials and emergency use, said the report.
