Chinese mainland reports 10 new COVID-19 cases, all from overseas

The Chinese mainland registered 10 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, all from overseas, the National Health Commission said on Sunday.

This is the 35th consecutive day without domestic transmissions on the Chinese mainland. No deaths from the disease were reported while 13 patients were discharged from hospitals.

China's total number of confirmed cases stands at 85,279 and the death toll at 4,634, while 382 asymptomatic patients are under medical observation.

The total confirmed cases in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and the Taiwan region are as follows:

Hong Kong: 5,009 (4,708 recoveries, 103 deaths) 

Macao: 46 (46 recoveries) 

Taiwan: 506 (479 recoveries, 7 deaths)
