Sanxingdui Relics: Ancient bronze tree will soon make its public debut

Sanxingdui was a Bronze Age city that flourished 3,000-5,000 years ago in southwestern China. It served as the capital of the State of Shu and is one of modern China's greatest archaeological finds.

The restoration work of an ancient bronze tree from Pit 3 at Sanxingdui Ruins site has started. More than 70 bronze pieces unearthed 35 years ago have been put together to showcase their beauty.
