A grey-headed lapwing was captured on camera slowly flapping its wings and taking to the sky in Jingshan City of central China's Hubei Province.
Lapwings are ground-nesting birds that favor wet grassland, rice fields and marshland edges. They are noted for their slow and irregular wingbeats in flight.
