A grey-faced buzzard couple was captured on camera sharing a snake on a treetop in central China's Hubei Province on June 23.

The mid-sized bird feeds on snakes, frogs, lizards, insects and small rodents.

They usually settle on trees or utility poles adjacent to open habitats, like rice fields, cropland, and clearings, and swoop down to capture their prey.
