After multiple rounds of judging and testing, the organizers of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics have decided on what these people will wear at the Games, and the designs come from somebody who's very familiar with the whole process. Professor He Yang at the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology shares how the design comes together for the uniforms.
