The Lemen Islands are located in the southeastern Nan'ao County in Guangdong Province, China. Every summer, thousands of bridled terns fly over vast oceans from the Southern Hemisphere and settle on these islands. Check the video to see more. 

About 'Journeys in Nature': Nan'ao Series

Nan'ao Island in Guangdong Province is a rare habitat of greenery on the Tropic of Cancer. In June, the southeastern monsoon brings warm, moist air to the island, nurturing all lifeforms: from ancient fig trees and newborn black-naped terns to mysterious undersea creatures and medical herbs, which bestow Nan'ao Island with many stories.
