In spring, migratory flocks of cranes traverse nearly 2,000 km thanks to the strength of solidarity. In small groups, they land gracefully in the breeze in Hexigten. One of the demoiselle cranes sets out to seek a mate after finishing a square meal. Early spring in Hexigten often brings sudden cold spells and sandy winds; however, such inclement weather can never cool the crane's ardor in seeking a mate.
