Turning a natural disaster into an opportunity, that's what has been happening in southeastern China's Sanmen County over the past 25 years. After traditional planting became impossible due to a typhoon, residents turned to the sea and established a profitable small seafood industry. Now, fishermen are busy harvesting the sea dwellers all year long, with mud crabs at the top of the list. No one is left behind in the process of common prosperity there.
