The 42nd naval escort taskforce of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) completed its docking and replenishment at the port of Djibouti on November 29.

Later on, with the assistance of two tugboats, CNS Hoh Xil Hu, a Type 903A supply ship, left the port of Djibouti.

This was the first time for the Chinese fleet to replenish goods and fuel supplies at a port as planned since it set sail on September 21.

The replenishment guaranteed the follow-up escort missions.
