Between February 4 and 20, and March 4 and 13, China successfully hosted the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Overcoming multiple difficulties and challenges, China presented a "simple, safe and splendid" event to the world. Beijing also became the first "Dual Olympic City" in the history of the Games.
