In Beijing, events were launched on Saturday to celebrate the first anniversary of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. A launch ceremony was held at night in the city, bringing audiences back to the night one year ago and paying homage to the grand opening ceremony of the Games. The series of celebration activities will continue until mid-March in ice and snow venues in Beijing and the neighboring Hebei Province.
