United Nations (UN) relief chief Martin Griffiths said Sunday he applauded the determination and courage of the UN teams working across the earthquake disaster zone, but also mentioned that they have failed the people in northwest Syria so far.
"My duty and our obligation is to correct this failure as fast as we can. That's my focus now," he tweeted.
