China's government work report, released on Sunday, has stressed on the need for effective measures to prevent and defuse major economic and financial risks, including those related to the property sector and local government debt. In an interview with CGTN, Xiong Yi, the Chief China Economist of Deutsche Bank, said China is well prepared with multiple measures to balance risk management while maintaining a robust growth.
