China and Kyrgyzstan issued a joint declaration on Thursday after the talks between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, who is in China for the China-Central Asia Summit and a state visit, in Xi'an, northwest China's Shaanxi Province.
Both countries reaffirmed adherence to the basic principles and provisions of the bilateral documents signed over the past 31 years.
The two sides agreed to support each other on issues concerning their core interests, and deepen cooperation in security, investment, economy and trade.
