Tracking the Gibbon | Episode 4: Memories of chasing gibbons
CGTN
05:23

Tao Zhengkun started working as a forest ranger and a chaser in 1998. He has been monitoring and recording gibbons since then. At that time, the mountain roads weren't built yet. The observers could only go in there on foot. They had to stay for nearly a week at a time. Although the conditions were very harsh, Tao still smiles as he recalls the memories between gibbons and him.
