As emerging markets and important developing countries, China and South Africa are cooperating extensively on various multilateral platforms. In our "High-Talk" segment, we spoke with Siyabonga Cwele, the ambassador of South Africa to China. He says the two countries are working closely to address common concerns in the developing world.
