In his meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Moscow will return to the Black Sea grain deal if the restrictions on Russian agricultural products are lifted. Teng Jianqun, the director of the Diplomacy Studies Center at Hunan Normal University, points out that Russia won't get itself stuck in the current dilemma as the country still has ways to resume grain exports.
