Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani on Monday directed the security services to track down elements carrying out the attacks on Iraqi military bases, Iraqi News Agency reported, citing Yahya Rasul, spokesperson for the commander in chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces.
Iraq affirms its rejection of the attacks targeting the Iraqi bases, which include the headquarters housing international coalition advisors, the spokesperson said in a statement.
In recent days, military bases housing U.S. forces across the country were attacked with rockets and drones, which an Iraqi Shiite militia has claimed responsibility for.
