The fourth humanitarian aid convoy entered the blockaded Gaza Strip late on Tuesday through Egypt's Rafah border crossing, bringing the total number of aid trucks into Gaza to 62, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. However, the United Nations estimated that around 100 trucks per day are needed to meet essential needs in Gaza, where Israel has imposed a "total siege." The agency also warned that as fuel was not included in the trucks, local water desalination plants could not function, and neither could bakeries nor hospitals.

On Monday, a CGTN Stringer filmed Gazan people lining up at a gas station for refueling. One resident said that for four consecutive days, he had come here and waited in line from 6 a.m. to midday, but he couldn't even get one liter of petrol.
