Southwest Humanities Series Ep. 4: I miss you, my old friend

CGTN
05:26

What is the feeling of having a panda friend that can share meals on the eve of Chinese New Year? Dongsheng Village in southwest China's Sichuan Province is a place located in the wild panda's habitat. Li's family lives in front of a bamboo grove on the fringe of the village. Over the past 20 years, four giant pandas have visited his house, and one of them even got some pork ribs from Li as a "dinner of New Year's Eve." The panda did not appear again since 2011, therefore Li missed this "old friend" very much.
