China has a kind of special will and momentum to regain its economic dynamics at the very beginning of the reform and opening-up policy, said World Economic Forum (WEF) founder and executive chairman Klaus Schwab in Davos, Switzerland.
In his first visit to China, Schwab was certain that China was going to play a vital role on the world stage. In an exclusive interview with China Media Group (CMG), he shared the specified reasons.
"I would say if you study Chinese history, and I was always to a certain extent of a fan of Chinese history, Chinese culture, I like history and in my free time I prefer to read history books, so if you go back to the history, we should not forget the important role - a leading role - China has played in the past," said Schwab.
