This year marks the 75th founding anniversary of the Chinese Navy. Since its establishment 75 years ago, the navy has fought over 1,300 battles. Recently, a naval formation led by Type 055 guided missile destroyer Xianyang returned to a military port in Sanya City after successfully completing combat readiness patrols and long-sea training missions in the South China Sea, the Eastern Indian Ocean, the Western Pacific and other waters. During the mission, the fleet was deeply integrated into the joint operations command system and completed dozens of drills on topics such as wide-area mobility, air and missile defense, and joint strikes.
