The Second Belt and Road International Skills Competition opened in Chongqing, China, under the theme "Skill Cooperation for Common Development" on Monday. A total of 590 contestants from 61 countries and regions are competing in 18 categories, including digital construction, optoelectronic technology, floral design and hairdressing, from June 24 to 26. The event aims to broaden and strengthen the cooperation forged through skills and promote more open and inclusive exchanges of technological advancements around the world.
