Analyst: Zero-carbon parks to drive industrial upgrades in China

China's leadership has set the country's economic priorities for 2025 at the annual Central Economic Work Conference this week. Plans were announced to establish several zero-carbon industrial parks. Qu Qiang, a fellow at the China Financial Policy Research Center under Renmin University of China, says that the move will promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.
