Just when you thought you'd seen it all in Milan, New York and London, Paris proves you wrong. During the five-day fashion festival which ended on Sunday, Paris Fashion Week Men’s carried out chic and sleek designs in over 50 shows of 2018 spring and summer menswear.
Some may regard the week as nothing more than an occasion for celebrities to raise their media profiles, but many others have taken note of the new looks and outfits on show, especially from some of China's leading followers of fashion.
Here are five ways some Chinese celebrities dressed up, or down, last week in Paris. Whether these outfits are inspirational or not, we'll leave you to be the judge.
1. Soften the harshness

Actor Tony Yang showed us just how to wear a suit casually.
Yang attended one of the events last week in a khaki suit with a v-neck undershirt and some dark navy jeans. His choice of footwear was a pair of leather loafers in dark caramel.
2. Play it safe

Actor Huang Xuan played the safe card and dressed formally all in black at one of Dior Homme's show during the fashion week. He touched up the look with a hint of red on his black tie.
“I care about simplicity and decency,” Huang told Beijing-based media Sina in an interview. “People with good taste understand themselves and know what suits them well. Those who could find their own styles and make it comfortable and decent, in my opinion, are the ones with the best taste.”
3. Apply some texture

Chinese fashion model Hu Bing showed up at a Berluti show as part of the fashion week all in black as well.
Hu chose to give the pitch-black look a little texture with a silk coat with polka-dot details. He also carried a leather clutch to go with the look.
4. A hint of print

Actor Sun Jian was wearing a Cerruti 1881 suit in teal at the brand's show last week. To break out the integrity of the teal color, he threw on a camouflage print shirt which brightened up the whole outfit. His choice of footwear matches the shirt color perfectly.
5. Get cozy

Xu Weizhou, a 22-year-old singer and actor, attended a Louis Vuitton menswear show in a set of pajamas from the brand’s men's collection.
The outfit was so comfortable, Xu joked on Weibo about getting a nightcap to go with it.
People could not blame him for getting too cozy. With Paris Fashion Week so action-packed, most people participating probably find themselves just wanting to get some sleep.
