Han Changbin, China's Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, told reporters that efforts are underway to improve the toilet facilities for about 10 million rural households by the end of 2019, which will cover some 30,000 villages nationwide. About seven billion yuan, or one billion U.S. dollars, will go into the endeavor.
